Case Study #1: National Grocery Chain

Background:
A national grocery chain remodeled and re-opened one of their stores in Chesapeake, VA under another brand within the company. Since the re-branding, the store was not performing at acceptable levels.

The client's goals:

ASAP Event Advertising's Solution:
ASAP employed the use of our Wind Wavers™ flags; our in-house graphic designer created two custom designs in support of the enhanced store image and branding the client was looking for. ASAP installed six Wind Wavers™ in the landscape in front of the store for 15 days and the results are as follows

Results:

  1. 38% of the people surveyed shopped at the store for the first time... when asked why 78% said because of the "flags" at the road; they wanted to see what was going on inside.
  2. Cash register rings were up 35%.
  3. Purchases per ring were up $41.00 over the prior year.
  4. Store sales were up 26% over the same time from the prior year.

Conclusion:
